Awareness raising key to effective coaching

At the heart of coaching is creating awareness regarding opportunities to enhance our learning and performance. Intentional change requires an awareness of our current reality and clarity about the desired future state that we would like to move to.

Awareness about ourselves and other people around us

The more we are aware of ourselves, how we work and how we tick enables us to manage oursleves more effectively. Many people are challenged about their influence on others as they do not understand the impact and infuence we project and have on everybody around us. We won't need to be like everyone else but it helps if we can move from where we are towards the preferrred beahviour of other people. How aware are of the impact you have on other people?
