Synergy Positive Change is a successful coaching practice that focuses on behavioural, performance, professional leadership coaching, his clients acknowledge that through the coaching they have greater focus and higher levels of motivation and awareness.

Chris's coaching training was through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited Adler International Learning in Toronto; he is an Adler Associate Business Coach and is working to be an Adler Certified Professional Coach (ACPC) and and ICF accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC). He is a member of the ICF and the Institute of Directors.

Chris is a Master NLP Practitioner, is accredited at Ericksonian Hypnosis Stage 1 by the NLP Academy. Chris is also a Reiki Master certified Level III Teacher.

Chris is an Inscape certified Everything DiSC trainer/facilitator and is a licensed by Thomas to carry out and deliver the Thomas Personal Profile Assessment, Emotional Intelligence, 360 Feedback and General Intelligence Assessment tools.

Chris’s coaching and facilitating consolidates the skills and experience he has learnt over 25+ years of work. Before entering the coaching profession, Chris was a dynamic, commercial manager with an excellent mix of experience in general management, project management, negotiation, marketing, business development, sales and channel management. Chris is analytic and is able to assimilate information and learn quickly what is important to customers and his business. He has successfully launched products/projects and managed budgets, both in the UK and across Europe that have added incremental value, reduced cost and produced higher earnings. Chris is ambitious, tenacious and pragmatic. He has brought new concepts and projects from their inception through to profitable delivery.

Chris has been the European analyst and press spokesperson for Cisco, Clarent and 3Com/USRobotics, he has developed and delivered presentations at both industry conferences and customer meetings. Chris holds a strong customer focus and has always worked with his customers to make sure that they are delighted with the products and services they have bought and used.
